Earn extra cash by telling your friends and colleagues about the perks of being a nurse with ProCare One. Receive $1,000 for referring a traveler or $500 for referring a per diem nurse (paid after five shifts).
Making a referral is easy. Simply complete our quick on-line form or contact our referral coordinator at (888) 747-7600, ext. 228. Whether current or former ProCare One employees, all of our nurses are welcome to participate in this program.
If you’d like personalized referral cards to share with friends or colleagues, call your recruiter or ProCare One Nurses at (888) 747-7600, ext. 228. Travelers on assignment automatically receive these custom cards as part of their application package, but you can request additional cards at any time. Sometimes, applicants forget who actually referred them, so these cards serve as an excellent way to help you get the credit—and the cash—you deserve.
How it works
Refer your friends via our on-line form or have them contact us directly (remind them to give us your name). Once we receive the referral information, we’ll mail an information package, complete with application materials and details about our company. After your referral completes five shifts with us, you’ll receive your bonus! (See Eligibility Requirements)
For each new traveler you refer to us, you’ll be eligible for $1000 once the healthcare professional has completed five shifts. Referred travelers must start an assignment within six months of the application date associated with that referral.
If you refer an RN to us who works per diem, you will be paid $500 after his or her fifth shift (up to five nurses). If you refer six to 10 per diem nurses, you will earn $600 for each one who completes five shifts, and if you refer 11 to 15 per diem nurses, you will earn $700 for each one who completes five shifts. Better yet, there is no time limit in which the nurse you refer has to work the five shifts. The nurse can work it in one week or five months.
Referrals may be submitted via our on-line form or by a new nurse who identifies you as his or her referrer when applying. To qualify for the referral bonus, the following conditions must be met.
- The name and contact information for both you and your referral needs to be included on the application.
- The referred candidate must be a new contact for ProCare One Nurses (i.e., not already in our database and not having had communication with us for two months prior to the referral).
- The referred candidate must complete five shifts with ProCare One Nurses.
- Should two new candidates apply at the same time and refer each other, only one bonus will be paid, split between the two candidates.
