ProCare One Nurses opened for business in 1988, thanks to a nurse who wanted to set her own hours while still earning a comfortable income.

To this day, we still endeavor to set the standard for high compensation, courteous and professional service and great benefits. We give nurses the flexibility to work their desired hours in their preferred locations, and we give hospitals the ability to hire quality nursing professionals to maintain safe staffing levels.

Our nurses and client hospitals enjoy working with us because we treat them courteously and provide them with excellent service. We are best known for our attraction and retention of a large, professional pool of specialty nurses with experience in ICU, ER, NICU, L&D, postpartum, peds, PICU, telemetry and med/surg.

Although we are owned by CareerStaff Unlimited, one of the largest healthcare staffing companies in the United States, ProCare One is centered exclusively on nurse staffing. We operate in both southern California and in Michigan, but whether on the coasts of California or the shores of the Great Lakes, our primary emphasis is on matching the needs of our employees with our clients.
